Become an Industry Expert
This is a very new industry and rules and regulations are constantly changing. Whatever your craft or passion is in pot become the “Go-To” person. Many people including myself have created companies based on intellectual property. Find a niche market of individuals who value your services and target your expertise to them. Whether you are a grower or graphic designer, there are very few individuals that are experts in the industry because norms, regulations, and legalization vary from state to state. Find what aspect excites you about the industry and start building a business.
Invest In Yourself
The truth hurts, but only a few people will make money in the “Green Rush” because most people do not have the guts to bet on themselves. Although the cannabis industry offers a steep price tag for entry in many cases there are still many opportunities that offer a lower dollar amount to get into the game. Invest or become a partner in a cannabis start-up business can be very lucrative if you find the right company. Individuals can also consider pooling their money with friends and/or family to start their own cannabis business. Lastly, the low hanging fruit is to invest in POT STOCKS. Anyone can create a brokerage account and start investing a the Stock Market by buying and/or selling shares from cannabis companies. The key to all of these investments is creating a strategy and a plan. Making money takes education, trust, and a strategic plan to be successful.
Work Smarter Not Harder
The old saying is true “hard work pays off”, but working smarter is the real name in this pot game. Of course, you should be working hard every day at everything you do, however, hard work alone does not guarantee big earnings or result in accumulating enough to become a millionaire in any industry. Make productive changes to your business or investment strategy like automation, systems, and delegating responsibilities. Create an environment where you do not have to always be hands-on. For Example, stocks can be bought or sold automatically once they hit a specific price (strick price) by place an order to protect your profits. Figure out what decisions or tasks you can automate throughout your day. Every decision you make requires willpower and discipline. As the day progresses, you have less and less energy to make decisions.
Build your own business
One of the easiest entry points in the cannabis space is CBD. At this time CBD has been a gateway to get individuals into “Green Rush”. Although many concerns have arisen due to the marketing claims of the benefits of CBD and FDA ( U.S. Food and Drug Administration. CBD is still the leading buzz word in Health and Wellness and is estimated to be 23 Billion Dollars Business in the next 5 years.
